Dashboard coincidences make me happy. 

Confession: I watched season 1 back in 2005 and absolutely hated it. For 7 years I made fun of all the Doctor Who fans for liking a show with lousy acting and poor production value. Alana got me to give it another chance this summer and I take it all (mostly, the production value totally still needs work) back. I blame the cynicism of my youth. It’s good television and I find the characters deeply compelling. Which is all to say: Ok, I was quite wrong and I get why you’re all fans.
